Where is My Order?

After you’ve placed an order, you will first receive a confirmation email and once the order is shipped you will then receive a second email with your shipping information and your tracking number. If you did not receive an email with your shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder. You can also log into your account to view the status of your order and view the tracking information.
Our priority is to always get your product to you as soon as possible. Our team processes all orders within 24H of receipt. That means that your order will not be picked up by courier to start its way to you until 5-7 business days after you’ve placed your order.

My Order is Lost/Missing

If your tracking information was created today and does not show any transit movements then tracking updates will appear the following business day.
In many cases couriers will hide packages from public view to prevent it from being stolen. Do not worry as lost package(s) are usually found by the courier in 1-2 days.

How Do I Update The Address for My Order?

We will try to accommodate your request; however, if your order has already been shipped there will be an additional change of address fee to update a package already in transit. If your order is not yet unfulfilled we will be able to change the address before it ships at no cost to you.
